All rewards have been shipped and to the best of our knowledge, delivered. So we're officially sticking a fork in this project and calling it done!

We won't be monitoring comments or messages through Kickstarter for this project anymore. But if you have any problems related to your rewards, please email us at [email protected] so we can assist you.

EU REWARDS INCOMING

Greetings EU Riot Questers,

We have been monitoring tracking on the parcels and wanted to provide a quick update. It appears some have been delivered and most of those that haven't yet are at least in their country of destination. So, be on the look out for your incoming package! We'll post an update once all rewards appear to have been delivered.

A glitch in the way shipping information was printing out arose on Tuesday that prevented the timely pickup of the parcels, but this has been solved, and all parcels bound for the EU were picked up on Wednesday and are now making their way toward you.

Thank you for your patiences as we have navigated these unforeseen obstacles. We hope your rewards will arrive soon and that you will find them worth the wait!

EU SHIPPING UPDATE AND DIGITAL GEAR GUIDE READY FOR DOWNLOAD

Greetings Riot Questers!

The freight shipment of EU Backer Rewards returned to our warehouse this morning. We took the opportunity to correct a few missing part issues that were discovered in earlier shipments, and all of the EU Backer rewards will be shipped out tomorrow, directly to backers from Privateer. Tracking numbers will be emailed when the parcels are processed by our courier. Because these will not go through a fulfillment service, we are hopeful that the transit time will not be too long. 

Again, to all our EU backers, we apologize for this unexpected delay and appreciate your patience.

As well, another apology is in order for the delay in sending out the Digital Gear Guide. We actually had this ready to distribute through Backerkit back in June, but in a classic 'Who's on First?' moment, it was never uploaded and sent out. Thanks to the queries of a few backers, we realized the error when it was brought up in our Monday meeting and quickly sourced the file and have uploaded it to the Digital Downloads section of your Backerkit profile. You should receive a download link through email or, if you have not yet and wish to grab the PDF sooner, you can go directly to your Backerkit profile, click on 'Digital Downloads', and obtain the file directly. The Digital Gear Guide is a comprehensive collection of all Riot Gear currently available for Riot Quest. Again, our apologies for the clumsy oversight that resulted in this delay. Thanks for letting us know so we could get it out to you!

EU SHIPMENT UPDATE

Greetings EU Riot Questers,

As mentioned in the previous update, the EU-bound freight shipment is currently en route back to Privateer Press HQ after being held at customs for unclear reasons. We have received word from the freight forwarder that the shipment should be back in our warehouse on December 19th, at which time we will mail each parcel individually directly from Privateer to prevent any further delays in delivering your rewards.
