Greetings Riot Questers!

We have launched the smoke test for the pledge manager, which randomly sends out email invites to approximately 5% of backers.

If you are picked to be one of our lucky smoke test subjects, your prompt attention and completion of your survey and any feedback regarding problems you might encounter will be very much appreciated. Our hope is to weed out any issues and launch the pledge manager for all backers within 48 hours or less.

We'll send an update as a soon as the pledge manager is ready for prime time!

From all of us here at Privateer Press, we'd like to say thank you to all of you for supporting the Riot Quest: Chilly Con Carnage Kickstarter campaign! Thanks to your support we're not only able to expand the Riot Quest Wintertime Wasteland block, but we've unlocked a ton of additional content to help make this the best version of Riot Quest yet!

Let's take a look at the stretch goals that we unlocked:

•  Payday - Backers at the Bronze level and above are now able to receive even more Prize Tickets and Bounty Tokens for the Loot Vault!
•  Mekanorapture - A fantastic new gear card is added to all backers at the Bronze level and above!
•  Mekanofactory Playmat - An awesome new playmat that was made available as an add-on!
•  Digital Gear Guide - A sweet PDF with info on every piece of gear we've released so far! 
•  Dragonscale Slippers - Even more fantastic gear that's been added to your treasure stash!
•  Hellslinger's Memory - A legendary piece of Riot Gear!

 The Loot Vault 

Since we've unlocked a payday reward, that means that backers of the Bronze level and above will be able to select even more items from the loot vault! Let's take a look at the final totals:

Bronze Level -  Backers at this level will receive 100 Prize Tickets, which means 1 selection from the Prize Ticket section of the Loot Vault! 

Silver Level - Backers at this level will receive 200 Prize Tickets and 100 Bounty Tokens,  which means 2 selections from the Prize Ticket section and 1 selection from the Bounty Token section of the Loot Vault!

Gold Level - Backers at this level will receive 400 Prize Tickets and 400 Bounty Tokens, which means they'll get 4 choices from both the Prize Ticket and Bounty Token sections of the Loot Vault!

What happens next?

In the next two weeks, we'll be opening up the Backerkit - don't worry, we'll be sure to announce it in an update too! Once we do, you'll be able to pay for shipping, grab any add-ons you want, and select your super cool Loot Vault items! The Backerkit pledge manager will be open through the end of June. Please make sure to complete the Backerkit survey once you receive it - that way we can guarantee that your pledge will ship in a timely manner with the rest of the pledges! 

Pledges are scheduled to begin shipping in November, so you should have your pledges just in time to show off all your painted models by the holidays!

Thanks to all of you showing your support on social media, we've unlocked our Community Stretch Goal - this means that every backer from the Bronze Level and above will receive a copy of the new gear card, Hellslinger's Memory!

Our next stretch goal is the Treasure Deck - once we reach $160K, every backer will get this brand-new deck added to their Treasure Stash! (And remember, our Retailer Reservations now account for over $10,000 in funding, so if we make it to $150k on the Kickstarter funding tracker, then the Treasure Deck will be unlocked!)

Greetings Riot Questers!

The Riot Quest: Chilly Con Carnage Kickstarter campaign is in the home stretch with just 28 hours left on the clock!

For those keeping score, our Retailer Reservation pledges total up to almost $10,000 that is not accounted for on the Kickstarter funding tracker. So the $140k stretch goal reward is effectively achieved and will be unlocked for the end of the campaign. Dragonscale Slippers Riot Gear is a lock — thank you to all our retailer backers for putting us over the top!

That means the current funding looks more like  $147,000 right now, putting the campaign about $13k from the new Treasure Deck stretch goal that unlocks at $160k. Can the funding make it? Well, they’re called ‘stretch goals’ for a reason! And there are a couple ways you can help get there...

We’re still looking for a few more shares and retweets for the community stretch goal that will unlock the Hellslinger’s Memory Riot Gear. So please hit those little social media icons in the upper right for the page and make a post with ‘#IBackedRiotQuest’ in the text, and not only might your efforts unlock this most revered of pre-Claiming artifacts, but it might bring enough backers to the project to make it to that Treasure Deck stretch goal as well.

In addition to sharing the project far and wide, if you have plans to add items on to your pledge, simply increase your pledge by the amount of the item, and those additional funds will be added to the campaign's total, getting closer and closer to that next stretch goal. Twenty-eight hours to go...
