Greetings Riot Questers,

We’ve got a quick shipping update and some information for our EU backers regarding the delay in delivery.

All parcels were shipped as of Wednesday last week before the holiday, including any mispack requests that were received by that time. Domestic U.S. orders are expected to arrive by the end of this week, so if you haven’t received your order by then, please message us directly through Kickstarter and we’ll get it sorted out.

We’re still awaiting confirmation of the freight delivery in Australia and will update you here as soon as we have word.

Regrettably, our freight shipment to the EU has encountered some friction. While we’ve been shipping products to the EU for decades, this is the first time we’ve had a shipment blocked by customs. It’s not clear why, though we think that the ever-changing import regulations has led to the customs authority in France not understanding the classification of the goods that are being shipped.

Rather than having the shipment tied up indefinitely and potentially destroyed, we have taken the advice of our freight forwarder and are having the shipment returned to us. Once we get it back, we will immediately ship the parcels out individually, directly to our EU backers to avoid any further delay or complication.

We apologize for this inconvenience and will make every effort to get your rewards to you as quickly as possible. Watch for our forthcoming updates for an update on the estimated timeline once the shipment is returned to us.

This is just a quick update to our domestic U.S. backers to let you know that the first of the U.S. rewards are shipping today. We expect to complete shipping domestic U.S. orders by this time next week. Tracking numbers will be sent via email. If you do not see a tracking number right now, please hold until we announce next week that all rewards have shipped. And if you still don't see one by that time,  message us directly through the Kickstarter messenger so we can help you out.

Greetings Riot Questers! 

We are pleased to announce that rewards have begun shipping! As of this afternoon, all international orders will have been shipped.

EU and non-EU Europe orders will be fulfilled through Meeple Logistics in France. 

AU/NZ orders will be fulfilled through Aetherworks in Australia.

For the destinations above, we are air-freighting the bulk shipments to reduce transit time and ensure a more reliable delivery, but please know that even air freight right now is hard to predict. Avoiding ocean travel will help everything arrive sooner.

CA orders will be fulfilled through Lion Rampant in Canada.

We will send out an update when the various freight shipments reach the fulfillment service and we have confirmation that they have begun shipping.

UK, Asia and Rest-of-World orders will be shipping directly from PPHQ via USPS. You should be receiving an email with a tracking number as they get scanned at pickup. 

Domestic U.S. orders will begin shipping by the end of next week. Tracking numbers will be emailed as the packages hit the mail stream.

While we expect most orders to reach their destinations by the end of November to mid-December, we do want to reiterate that globally, shipping is messy right now and things are often taking longer than expected. But hopefully, the wait for your heaping helping of Chilly Con Carnage won't be long now!

Greetings Riot Questers!

This is just a quick report to update you on anticipated timelines: we expect our first international freight shipments to head out in about 10 days.

The EU, UK, and AU shipments will leave first, with freight to Canada going right behind them since it's a much shorter journey. 'Rest of World' shipments will go out at the same time as Domestic U.S. because they will not be going through a freight-forwarding or fulfillment service, but will ship directly from our warehouse to their destination.

So, everything looks like it should ship well before the end of November and we won't be too far off the delivery target after the lengthy delays getting everything to our warehouse.

Our next update will come as soon as rewards start moving out the door. Until then, be safe and well!

Hello Riot Questers!

We have some fantastic news - despite the best efforts of the international shipping crisis, our printed materials for Chilly Con Carnage have come in! This means that fulfillment will be beginning very soon, and it won't be long before you're chucking dice and looting treasure!

Once our team has finished sorting all of the printed material, they will be assembling the items together, and packing them up. As per our usual shipping methods, we will be sending out our international backers' pledges to our different distribution hubs first, followed by our backers in the US. 

Because we will be shipping soon, addresses have already been locked! If you wish to change your shipping address at this time, please send us a direct message and we'll be able to update your address for you!

We'll be back soon, letting you know as soon as fulfillment proper begins!
